Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Call toll free 1-866-414-4822 for return authorization.

 

To receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges), the item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. The original receipt must also be returned. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on Nordyne Replacement Parts, Coleman Replacement Parts, special order (non stock) items, items previously installed or items damaged in return shipment from you.  A restocking fee may be charged on items returned which were originally shipped by LTL Freight.

 

Once we receive the returned item(s) in resaleable condition, we will promptly issue a refund. If you purchased with a credit card, we will reverse the charges. If you purchased with a check or money order, we will mail a refund to you.
